CAREERS

Do You Have What it Takes to Join Our Team?

You and Me Academy is a revolutionary childcare facility. We have combined gobs of research with a gut-wrenching desire and vison to create an early learning environment like nothing else around.

Our teaching style combines a Highscope curriculum with a Reggio Emilia concept creating an all-encompassing learning facility, focusing on all the learning domains in an incredibly rich natural learning environment. We are not only passionate about the children we care for, but all children across the globe.  We are a non-profit learning center that supports numerous children’s organizations around the world. We want to teach the children in our care the importance of caring for one another and for the earth we live in.

Our Mission is to provide an esteemed early education to every child using inclusive practices in a rich learning environment. While our philosophy is to instill Christian principles of love, kindness, serving, compassion, goodness, empathy, honesty, and integrity through daily interactions and global insight. Our desire is to restore humanity and change the future by inspiring children to see a need and make a difference in their communities and abroad.

We are a very hands on facility.  These principles we teach will also be displayed in our daily interactions with children, co-workers, families and the whole community.

If the sound of this makes your heart pound, contact us today to join our team…. Together we will enhance lives and make a difference in the future!
