“All of my children have attended/are still attending YAMA for almost 7 years, and as a working parent, it is tough to trust someone with your children. But at YAMA, all the staff are warm and friendly, and they are a second family to us! They have constant communication throughout the day about what my kiddos are doing. They learn every day through a ton of fun activities, and my kiddos continue to thrive. My children absolutely love coming to YAMA every day!! “We joined the YAMA family before it was a center, when we were still at Ms. Maggie's house. The team at YAMA and Ms. Maggie have been absolutely essential to my children's life and upbringing. I wouldn't trust another group of people to help raise my children. The difference good childcare makes is undeniable. If I had to do it all over again, my kids would be at YAMA every time. Even after my daughter moved into school, she still goes back and is so excited to see all the teachers and some friends, and they all remember her and greet her with a smile.

“I am SO BLESSED that all three of my children have attended You and Me Academy. My 3-year-old and 1-year-old both joined when YAMA first opened in September 2021 and remained there until Kindergarten. Currently, my youngest is in the infant room and will soon transition to the toddler room. Ms. Maggie, Ms. Lindsay, and Ms. Shelly are absolute gems. All YAMA staff are so much more than daycare providers—they are mothers, nurses, teachers, chefs, artists, and nature lovers. They are educated in child development as well as children’s mental and physical health. Communication is excellent through the Brightwheel app, messages, and phone calls if needed (which means a lot to this anxiety-ridden helicopter mom!). The extra events they host provide opportunities to get to know the staff caring for your child, as well as other YAMA families. From harvest festivals, zoo trips, and Donuts with Grownups, to parent-teacher conferences, and preschool graduations, there is always something meaningful happening. Farm animals and fire trucks have also been brought to YAMA! I have joked with Ms. Maggie about starting her own kindergarten but honestly, I’m not really joking. I would keep my babies there for as long as possible if I could. I am confident that the skills my children have learned during their time at YAMA will positively impact their development throughout childhood and beyond. Most importantly, all three of my children have been loved, safe, and happy at You and Me Academy. “ - The Rickaby Family

“When I found out I was pregnant at 41yrs old we were totally shocked! Both me and my husband’s kids were all grown and we didn’t even know where to start with the daycare process. Miss Maggie became highly recommended and once we met her we knew this was the place for us. All the staff were genuinely kind, caring caretakers and treated our daughter like their own. We never had to worry once we dropped her off til we picked her up. When she started kindergarten, she surpassed the expectations by far along with the other YAMA students.
